• We offer Loss Mitigation and Short Sale Services to real estate professionals allowing them to better service their clients. We also offer these same services to investors and homeowners who may be behind on their mortgage or who may be facing the possibility of foreclosure.

• Our primary goal is to educate and inform the homeowner of their options regarding loss mitigation and giving them the opportunity to keep their home. We work for the homeowner; but we will negotiate with the lender to help the homeowner receive better mortgage terms, a lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment.

• As part of our service after the mortgage has been modified we offer continued services to our client allowing them comfort and security through the transition. We also offer a list of referral partners including bankruptcy attorneys, financial planners and CPA’s offering a free initial consultation to help answer some of the difficult questions going forward.
